Think before you move
Before you move, think about what you are going to do. Realize that you will change your physiology within seconds of movement. Your heart rate will increase and blood will nourish your body. Movement is essential to life, without movement your body with atrophy and you will lose function. You are able to increase your movement and capability as long as your mind and thoughts accept and repeat this. If you tell yourself you are healthy with no doubt for thirty days you will see a change and so will your companions in your life.
Doubt is Failure. Just as powerful as positive that is, negative thought is just as life transforming. Do you want a positive life or a negative life? Any situation has a positive light; it is up to you to use your mind to illuminate the path of positive. Applied faith before you start every life changing movement will guarantee success. Success is in the journey, and thinking about a positive aspect on your life is the most vital step.
Movement is essential, it can lead to benefit or result in injury. With concentration and focus on your muscles, bones, and connective tissue you will feel a benefit or feel pain. Increased breathing, pressure on the muscle, and burning in the muscle are signs of benefit to the body. This follows a discipline to form. Sharp pain to bone or intense pressure to the joint and connective tissue is an indication to stop your movement. This is a natural mechanism that your body will show you to prevent an injury.
